彩虹飲食療法吃出精彩人生

Over 500,000 Americans are expected to die of cancer this year, which is about 1,500 people a day. Fighting against cancer is never a black and white issue, but eating a diet rich in colorful fruits and vegetables may be the best way to prevent and treat cancer.
Nutritionists and doctors alike recommend that people eat at least 300 grams of fruit and 375 grams of vegetables, which are the average daily requirements. The many different colors of those plants are not just for decoration, however. Plants contain not only the pigments that give them their wonderful color but also the antioxidants that kill cancer cells. As such, a rainbow diet provides a wide variety of antioxidants that would be most effective in fighting off cancer.
