Honduran oil tanker YONG WIN3 founders on the southwest side of Lamay Island on Tuesday, Oct. 15. Two Coast Guard Administration vessels continued to monitor the oil tanker yesterday in an effort to prevent oil leakage. The oil tanker, loaded with 5,000 tons of diesel, tilted at a wide angle and started to sink on late Tuesday night. All the crew members have been rescued and all oil tank doors have been shut to prevent leakage. (CNA)
